Grove City Welcomes Three New Police Officers

On Monday July 9, three new officers took the Oath of Office and began service with the Grove City Division of Police. Director of Public Safety William Vedra appointed Officers Mark White and Andrew Cole as full-time police officers; Larry Landenberger was appointed as a reserve police officer. Reserve officers have the same authority as full-time officers, but volunteer their service to the City.

We are pleased to welcome these new officers to the City and the Division of Police. These appointments bring our full-time staffing up to the authorized strength of 62 officers and help us along the way to expanding the ranks of our reserve officer program.

All three officers are certified Ohio Peace Officers and will immediately begin their field training programs.
